Privacy Notice

How DementiaDetect handles personal information on this website. We are committed to privacy by design and to UK GDPR compliance.

Who we are

This website is operated by DementiaDetect ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact hello@dementiadetect.org.

What we collect

When you submit a form (early access, partnership or contact), we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. We do not collect special category health data through this website, and we ask that you do not share medical details through these forms.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to provide updates you have asked for, and to develop DementiaDetect responsibly. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Form handling

Form submissions on this site are processed using Netlify Forms. Your data is stored securely and accessed only by the DementiaDetect team. See Netlify's own privacy terms for how they process form data as our processor.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website, under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete and restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, contact us at the email above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of legitimate interest, after which it is deleted.

Changes

We may update this notice as the product develops. The current version is always available on this page.

This page is provided as a clear, good-faith statement for an early-stage product website and is a starting template. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before the product collects significant personal data or makes any clinical claims.
